This has become important especially since the introduction of GDPR. We highly recommend you have a Privacy Policy on your website.

How do I add a Privacy Policy? #

A privacy policy is easily added to your Bookalet account

1. Log in to your Bookalet account
2. Go to the Admin section and click on ‘Settings’
3. Click on Privacy Policy
4. Enter your Privacy Policy and click ‘Update Privacy Policy’
5. Once you have a Privacy Policy, your guest will have to agree to the terms of your policy before making a booking

How do I add Terms & Conditions? #

Terms & Conditions are easily added to your Bookalet account

1. Log in to your Bookalet account
2. Go to the Admin section and click on ‘Settings’
3. Click on Terms & Conditions
4. Enter your Terms & Conditions and click ‘Update Terms & Conditions’

How do I ensure my guests have to accept my Terms & Conditions before booking? #

1. If you are logged in to your Bookalet account, go to ‘Publish Widgets’ and click on ‘Publish to website’
2. Click on ‘Calendar and Booking Form’

3. Click on ‘Configure‘
4. Scroll down to ‘Enforce Terms & Conditions’ and toggle this on
5. This will ensure that before a guest makes a booking, they must accept your Terms and Conditions first
