If you are proactive and confident, with a strong customer service background, you may be just right for our Support team.
You will be the first point of call for our customers, either assisting new customers with questions before they have signed up, or helping to resolve issues existing customers may be having. This may be over the phone, via our support ticket system or email. For complex issues you may need to have video chats or provide clear written instructions to help.
You will be confident in escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team members.
Confidently prioritise and manage several open issues at one time.
Maintain friendly but professional relationships with clients.
You will need to be happy, patient and courteous when speaking with customers, ensuring you are representing the company in a positive way.
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Keen team player who thrives in a busy environment
- Fluent in English with good spelling and grammar
- Experience working within the tourism sector/software or both!
- Monday – Friday
- 09.00 – 17.00
- Can work from home (min. 2 days in the office)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
