Different data needs to be recorded depending on the type of owner you are working with—I.e. an individual or a business.
When you go to the owner’s section, you will now see an area on the right called (Digital Platform Reporting) which, if there is data missing it will alert you to what is needed in red
When you click edit, you will then see the section where you choose if the owner is an individual, a business or not required for reporting.
NB: The owners may be listed as Mr. and Mrs. Smith, but the “seller” (the individual designated to receive payments) could be only Mr. Smith. It is essential to input the actual recipient of the payments. In most cases, this will be the owner.
