The favicon needs to be a .ico file and named favicon.ico – this is the default filename that browsers look for, there are some online services such as http://faviconit.com/en that will convert your image into an icon file for you. Then once you have the favicon.ico you will need to upload it in the files section of the web builder. Once you do this then it should all be working on the site.
