If you need to cancel a booking but wish to leave it in the system to re-booked at a future date
To cancel a booking, first navigate to the booking details page and use the ‘Postpone booking’ link from the ‘Manage Booking’ box.
This will take you through to the postpone booking screen where you can enter the relevant details, including any refund that will be offered (or leave as 0.00 if not).
The booking will move into the ‘Postponed Bookings’ section.
