What is the difference between bookalet Lite and bookalet Gold?

bookalet Lite is the entry level product which allows you to manage up to two properties. You can add Rate Cards, Availability Calendars and Enquiry Forms to you own website with the greatest of ease. You can also take online bookings and payments if that's the way you'd like to go. The management console allows you to track and record payments, send out payment reminders and receipts, view upcoming arrivals and departures and generally manage all aspects of the booking process.

bookalet Gold has all the benefits of the Lite product and some great additional features such as SMS notification of bookings, management reports, email marketing, housekeeping/keyholder logins, iCal calendar synchronisation, no limit of the number of properties and fully editable bookings.

What's so special about bookalet Agent?

bookalet Agent is squarely designed for the holiday property rental agency. It caters for multiple properties, has all the benefits of bookalet Gold with additional functionality including owner and housekeeper logins, enhanced searching and detailed performance reports for day to day management of the business. It also provides an advanced invoicing function for owner payments and commissions. All bookalet Agent installations come with a bespoke development package to ensure it is tailored and optimised to the Agency business model.

Can I just use part of the bookalet system?

You may just want to add a Rate Card, Availability Calendar and Enquiry form to your own website and that is entirely understandable. Equally, you may be more than happy with your own site and just want to use the Management Console to track and manage all your bookings. Or you might want to do both these things and then add the online booking functionality too, Well, that's fine because the system has a huge amount of built in flexibility.
