After swapping corporate London careers for seaside life running an Eastbourne B&B, Sarah and Carl Stanger launched a holiday let agency in the summer of  2010 initially as a bit of a ‘hobby’ business.

Exclusively Eastbourne started out with just two holiday apartments and with Sarah and Carl keeping track of bookings and payments on a simple spreadsheet.  Bit by bit, the business grew and by 2013, with 20 properties to look after, they realised they badly needed a proper booking management system.

“I researched a lot of options on the market, and did a trial of one other booking system, but quickly opted for Bookalet in November 2013 after doing a free trial of its software,” said Sarah.  “It had the features we needed to support our growing holiday let agency, was cost effective and had a friendly support team.”
