Responsive Forms Look and Feel
In January, we added a new set of responsive forms to the Bookalet system. At launch, you could only change the header and button colour to match your own website. We have now enhanced the forms to provide you with complete control over colours and fonts. You can now customise your forms any way you see fit. To be introduced in September.
New Payment Methods
By popular demand, we have now added Stripe and ePDQ from Barclaycard to the supported payment methods. We now support cash, cheques, bank transfers, offline card payments, PayPal, Stripe, Secure Hosting, Cardsave, WorldPay, SagePay and ePDQ.
Housekeeper Emails
We now added the ability for you to send an email to your housekeepers every Sunday evening with a list (and details) of all the arrivals in the next two weeks.To be introduced in September
Search Widget on Mobiles
Improvements to the mobile implementation now provide a collapsible menu after the search has been returned. This allows the guest to see properties immediately the search results have been returned, rather than having to scroll down. Agent account only
Channel Management 2 Way Syncing
For a while now Bookalet has provided an iCal file for each property in the system. This allows availability information to be updated in third party portals such as Airbnb, HomeAway and Holidaylettings. We have now introduced a 2 way synch to allow these other portals to update the Bookalet site with their availability information. Helps cut down on potential double bookings!
