SMS text notifications
Subscribers of the Pro service are able to set up SMS text notifications when new direct bookings come in via Bookalet. Simple to set up via the online management console, never miss an enquiry or booking regardless of where you are. This feature allows you to keep up to date 24/7 without having to login to the Bookalet system.
iCal Sync
Sync your Bookalet calendar with many of the leading portals including booking.com, Airbnb, HomeAway and many more.
Bookalet also allows you to sync your Bookalet calendar of arrivals and departures with Google, Outlook and Yahoo calendars for easy, up to date access.
Housekeeper and keyholder accounts
Bookalet booking management system allows you to add housekeeper and keyholder accounts under your login. These can be assigned to individual properties to avoid any confusion.
Housekeeper and keyholder logins have limited access to non sensitive information.
Management information reports
Subscribers of the Pro service are able to access information reports. This means you can track where your leads are coming from, monitor occupancy by date period, property and/or total.
This feature also allows you to review any enquiry and booking trends by month!

Arrival and departure reports allow you to quickly check who is due to arrive or depart. Sort your property and date range and assign the keyholder or housekeeper.
